About the Recipe

Sad that your Thanksgiving leftovers are all gone - kick the craving with this toasty turkey sandwich.


  • 1 thick slice of sourdough bread (Cambera Bakery)

  • 1 slice turkey (Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm)

  • 1 slice cheese (Cato Corner, Mystic Cheese)

  • Hot sauce (Dragon's Blood Elixir)

  • Microgreens (Madman Micro's, Fla-va Greens)


Step One

Lightly toast the bread.

Step Two

Top with turkey & cheese. Toast/broil until cheese is melty.

Step Three

Top with a spritz of hot sauce, some microgreens, and enjoy!
