About the Recipe

These flavorful branzino filets are quick and easy to make yet as tempting as a restaurant-quality dish. You can sauté the fish in a pan or bake them in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 4 Ideal Fish branzino fillets

  • 2 tablespoons Papa Spyros Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Misfit Spices Original Spice Blend

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish

Preparation

Rinse the fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. In a bowl, combine Papa Spyros Olive Oil, Misfit Original Spice Blend, orange zest, minced garlic and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper. Gently rub this marinade over the branzino fillets. Allow them to marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes.

3. Preheat a sauté pan to medium-high heat and add coat of Papa Spyros Olive Oil. If you prefer to bake the filets, preheat oven to 375°F and coat a baking pan with the olive oil.

4. Place the fillets skin side down in the hot pan and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or bake the filets in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
